Located in the center of Lacco Ameno, the smallest of the six municipalities of the island of Ischia, Casa Caterina is a private apartment available for rent for tourists who intend to spend a relaxing time on the island and who need to stay in a apartment for short periods. A few steps from the beaches and the main places of interest, the apartments try to offer a valid alternative to the classic stay in a hotel room.
Both the entire apartment (Casa Caterina) located on the first and second floor of the building and a small independent room (Pied-à-terre Casa Caterina), equipped with bathroom, on the ground floor are available for short-term rental, together or individually. .
The space of Casa Caterina
Double bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with tub and equipped outdoor terrace accompany the first floor. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the second floor where there are two single rooms, a bathroom with shower and a large hallway with a double sofa bed. The second floor has a small level external terrace.
Other things to keep in mind about Casa Caterina
The second floor, with access via a helical spiral staircase, has a sloping roof that slopes towards Corso Angelo Rizzoli. The top has variable height (Hmax = 2.50 - Hmin = 1.50). The apartment, located in the center, does not have a private parking space.
The space of the Pied-à-terre Casa Caterina
Intended for travelers looking for a "hit and run" space, it concentrates the essentials for an unpretentious stay in a few square meters. The apartment consists of a single room with bathroom and snack corner and has been designed for travelers and tourists who spend very little time at home, dedicating themselves mainly to experiencing the island of Ischia.
Other things to keep in mind about the Pied-à-terre Casa Caterina
The apartment, located in the center, does not have a private parking space. Located on the ground floor,
it offers accommodation on a double sofa bed. The mini-apartment does not have a kitchen and there are no appliances available to guests (e.g. washing machine, refrigerator, oven, etc.).
The space is designed to offer Room Only service.
The type of lease applied by the property, short-term rental, not defined within the Law of the Campania Region n. 17/2001, does not provide for the provision of services ancillary to the enjoyment of the property (such as breakfast), nor the provision of food and drink. The only services allowed and provided by the property are the supply of linen and towels at check-in and cleaning at check-out.
